At least for crypto/IPSec, doing so provides users with a better
performance experience out of the box.

Enable I2C char dev interface for user space testing of I2C controler.
Enable the I2C driver on 64-bit builds (corenet64_smp_defconfig) as it

corenet based SoCs have SEC4 h/w, so enable the SEC4 driver,
caam, and the algorithms it supports, and disable the
SEC2/3 driver, talitos.

Rather than trying to use the core name we use corenet to distinquish
the platform/core combo. corenet64 will be a 64-bit kernel build and
we'll add a new defconfig for corenet32 for a 32-bit platforms.
