Ard Biesheuvel dde00981e6 crypto: arm/sha1-ce - move SHA-1 ARMv8 implementation to base layer 
This removes all the boilerplate from the existing implementation,
and replaces it with calls into the base layer.

Ard Biesheuvel 864cbeed4a crypto: arm - add support for SHA1 using ARMv8 Crypto Instructions 
This implements the SHA1 secure hash algorithm using the AArch32
versions of the ARMv8 Crypto Extensions for SHA1.
