Resetting 8073 during common init is required on boards in which the
8073 reset pin is not asserted by default.

Enabling CL37 BAM on BCM8073 by default may lead to link issues since
not all switches support it. So enable CL37 BAM only if explicitly
selected.

On BCM8726 based designs, the ports are swapped, hence the reset needs
to be asserted through port0 and not port1.

When using latch indication for link change notification, need to
clear it when port is unloaded, otherwise it might generate false
indication on next load.

This is the new FW HSI blob and the relevant definitions without logic changes.
It also included code adaptation for new HSI. New features are not enabled.
New FW/HSI includes:
- Support for 57712 HW
- Future support for VF (not used)
- Improvements in FW interrupts scheme
- FW FCoE hooks (stubs for future usage)

Make the needed changes for the new scheme especially around PHY
initialization, and link detection.
- The get_emac_base function was changed to enable setting different MAC
access setting for each PHY based of external configuration.
- As a part of the dual-media preparation, the save_spirom_version was
modified to accept a PHY specific version address to be saved in the
shmem. This will enable to save more than single spirom version in
different locations.
- The test_link function was changed also as a preparation for the
dual-media upcoming changes
- Duplicate initialization logic was removed from the
link_setting_status and link_initialize functions

In previous patch, common PHY functions were split in simple way to
allow easy diff. This patch comes to align code in the new functions.
In addition, the non-production BCM8072 PHY was removed.

Move the code into PHY oriented functions, and for that a new structure
is defines for each PHY which contain PHY properties and its own
functions. This also enables to encapsulate all PHY specific operations
into the PHY functions. During initialization, the PHYs will be probed
by the "bnx2x_phy_probe" function to detect which PHYs exist on-board,
and configure them accordingly. Note that the ext_phy_reset
implementation was incorporated in the ext_phy_init since it is actually
part of the PHY initialization procedure.

Change BCM848xx behavior to fit IEEE such that setting 10Mb/100Mb will
use force speed, and setting 1Gb/10Gb will use auto-negotiation with the
specific speed advertised

In BCM8727 based boards, setting default 10G link speed after link was
set to 1G may lead to link down issue. The problem was setting the right
value, but to the wrong registers
