Thanks for the suggestion, the init() is replaced with
<algorithm name>_mod_init ()
and fini () is replaced with <algorithm name>_mod_fini.

Convert the subdirectory "crypto" to UTF-8. The files changed are
<crypto/fcrypt.c> and <crypto/api.c>.
