Linus Walleij f55be1bf52 ARM: 7104/1: plat-pxa: break out GPIO driver specifics 
The <mach/gpio.h> file is included from upper directories
and deal with generic GPIO and gpiolib stuff. Break out the
platform and driver specific defines and functions into its own
header file.

Linus Walleij 354bf8010f ARM: 7103/1: plat-pxa: move PXA GPIO driver to GPIO subsystem 
As per example from the other ARM boards, push the PXA
GPIO driver down to the GPIO subsystem so it can be consolidated.
