Rob Herring 5af5073004 drivers: clean-up prom.h implicit includes 
Powerpc is a mess of implicit includes by prom.h. Add the necessary
explicit includes to drivers in preparation of prom.h cleanup.

Bill Pemberton a0a3d518c3 ASoC: fsl: remove __dev* attributes 
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option.  As result the __dev*
markings will be going away.

Remove use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst,
and __devexit.

Timur Tabi 96a0af6d12 ASoC: add support for the Freescale / iVeia P1022 RDK reference board 
This small reference boards has a Freescale P1022 dual-core PowerPC SOC
