Russell King b6fcd313c9 ARM: entry: remove unused irq_prio_table macro 
Platforms provide an empty irq_prio_table macro, and as nothing uses
this macro, it can simply be removed.

Peter Horton cdc3f10630 mx51: support FIQ on TZIC, revised

AVIC changes build with mx3_defconfig, not tested
