Andrew Morton 6bff338bb6 misdn: use nonseekable_open() 
The driver just sets ->llseek to NULL.  It should also clear FMODE_LSEEK to
tell the VFS that seeks are not supported.

Pointed out by Christoph Hellwig.

Andi Kleen ce425a9f2c mISDN: misc timerdev fixes 
- Remove noop VFS stubs. The VFS does that on a NULL pointer anyways.
- Fix timer handler prototype to be correct
- Comment ugly SMP race I didn't fix.
