These Kconfig options has been removed in commit 4c145dce26 ("xfrm:
make xfrm modes builtin") So there is no point to keep it in
defconfigs any longer.

Remove the CONFIG_UEVENT_HELPER_PATH because:
1. It is disabled since commit 1be01d4a57 ("driver: base: Disable
CONFIG_UEVENT_HELPER by default") as its dependency (UEVENT_HELPER) was
made default to 'n',
2. It is not recommended (help message: "This should not be used today
[...] creates a high system load") and was kept only for ancient
userland,
3. Certain userland specifically requests it to be disabled (systemd
README: "Legacy hotplug slows down the system and confuses udev").

MTD_NAND is large and encloses much more than what the symbol is
actually used for: raw NAND. Clarify the symbol by naming it
MTD_RAW_NAND instead.

This Kconfig option was removed during v4.19 development in commit
771c035372 ("deprecate the '__deprecated' attribute warnings entirely
and for good") so there's no point to keep it in defconfigs any longer.
FWIW defconfigs were patched with:
--------------------------->8----------------------
find . -name *_defconfig -exec sed -i '/CONFIG_ENABLE_WARN_DEPRECATED/d' {} \;

In commit a5e4bd9913 ("of_mdio: select fixed phy support
unconditionally"), CONFIG_OF_MDIO began selecting CONFIG_FIXED_PHY.
That means we no longer need to set it some of our defconfigs.

In commit 73d8ef7600 ("Input: mousedev - stop offering PS/2 to userspace by
default") (Jan 2017), CONFIG_INPUT_MOUSEDEV was switched from default y to
default n, with the explanation:
Evdev interface has been available for many years and by now everyone
is switched to using it, so let's stop offering /dev/input/mouseN
and /dev/psaux by default.
We had a number of configs which had it enabled, but going by the above
explanation probably don't need it enabled anymore.
So drop the last remnants of it from our defconfigs.

It looks like it's ~4 years since we updated some of these, so do a bulk
update.
Verified that the before and after generated configs are exactly the
same.
Which begs the question why update them? The answer is that it can be
confusing when the stored defconfig drifts too far from the generated
result.

This patch does not change the content, it merely re-orders
configuration items and drops explicit options which already

Uwe Kleine-König reported:
while working on an defconfig (arm/mx27) I noticed that just updating
it[1] results in removing CONFIG_EEPROM_AT24=y. The reason is that
since commit
v2.6.36-5965-g5f2365d (misc devices: do not enable by default)
MISC_DEVICES isn't enabled anymore by default. So all defconfigs that
have CONFIG_SOME_SYMBOL=y (or =m) (with SOME_SYMBOL depending on
MISC_DEVICES) but not CONFIG_MISC_DEVICES=y suffer from the same
problem.
This restores those misc devices to the powerpc defconfigs.
