Linus Walleij 837c2705a3 gpio: mpc5200: use gpiochip data pointer
This makes the driver use the data pointer added to the gpio_chip
to store a pointer to the state container instead of relying on
container_of().

Thierry Reding 20d7090ffd gpio: mpc5200: Use platform_register/unregister_drivers()
These new helpers simplify implementing multi-driver modules and
properly handle failure to register one driver by unregistering all
previously registered drivers.

Ricardo Ribalda Delgado f91b2dbba5 gpio: mpc5200: Use of_mm_gpiochip_remove
Since d621e8bae5 (Create of_mm_gpiochip_remove), there is a
counterpart for of_mm_gpiochip_add.

This patch implements the remove function of the driver making use of
it.

Paul Gortmaker bb207ef1e8 drivers/gpio: Fix drivers who are implicit users of module.h
A pending cleanup will mean that module.h won't be implicitly
everywhere anymore. Make sure the modular drivers in gpio
are actually calling out for <module.h> explicitly in advance.

Grant Likely 6eae1ace68 gpio: Move mpc5200 gpio driver to drivers/gpio
GPIO drivers are getting consolidated into drivers/gpio. While at it,
change the driver name to mpc5200-gpio* to avoid collisions.
