Rob Herring 6679185909 ARM: shmobile: move custom gpio functions to sh-gpio.h
Move custom shmobile gpio code to a sh-gpio.h to remove the dependency
on mach/gpio.h. shmobile always uses gpiolib, so we can remove
__GPIOLIB_COMPLEX define from mach/gpio.h.

Kuninori Morimoto 444c5ed8d7 ARM: shmobile: r8a7740: fixup: MSEL1CR 7bit control
MSEL1CR 7bit selects IRQ7 source pin which was
VBUS pin or A21/MSIOF0_RSYNC/MSIOF1_TSYNC pin.
But current pfc-r8a7740 MSEL1CR 7bit setting was wrong.
This patch fix it up
