Aaro Koskinen 9ba96ae507 usb: omap1: Tahvo USB transceiver driver 
Add Tahvo USB transceiver driver.

Based on old code from linux-omap tree. The original driver was written
by Juha Yrjölä, Tony Lindgren, and Timo Teräs.
