Eric Paris 37d181bbfe SH: define syscall_get_arch() for superh
This patch defines syscall_get_arch() for the superh platform. It does
so in both syscall_32.h and syscall_64.h. I'm not certain if the
implementation in syscall_64.h couldn't just be used in syscall.h as I
can't really track the setting of CONFIG_64BIT...

This way is safe, but we might be able to combine these if a superh
person were able to review...

[v2]
	fixed indentation stoopidity (Sergei Shtylyov)
	use AUDIT_ARCH_SH instead of EM_SH

Matt Fleming c652d780c9 sh: Add ftrace syscall tracing support
Now that I've added TIF_SYSCALL_FTRACE the thread flags do not fit into
a single byte any more. Code testing them now needs to be aware of the
upper and lower bytes.

Matt Fleming 34e19ada99 sh: Fix compiler error and include the definition of IS_ERR_VALUE
When arch/sh/include/asm/syscall_32.h is included from a file that

Paul Mundt 03f07876df sh: Fix up spurious syscall restarting.
The T-bit manipulation for syscall error checking had the side effect of
spuriously returning ERESTART* errno values over EINTR. So, we simplify
the error checking a bit and leave the T-bit alone.
