If FRMR registration fails, it's likely to transition the QP to the
error state. Or, registration may have failed because the QP is
_already_ in ERROR.
Thus calling rpcrdma_deregister_external() in
rpcrdma_create_chunks() is useless in FRMR mode: the LOCAL_INVs just
get flushed.
It is safe to leave existing registrations: when FRMR registration
is tried again, rpcrdma_register_frmr_external() checks if each FRMR
is already/still VALID, and knocks it down first if it is.

The current code always selects XPRT_TRANSPORT_BC_TCP for the back
channel, even when the forward channel was not TCP (eg, RDMA). When
a 4.1 mount is attempted with RDMA, the server panics in the TCP BC
code when trying to send CB_NULL.
Instead, construct the transport protocol number from the forward
channel transport or'd with XPRT_TRANSPORT_BC. Transports that do
not support bi-directional RPC will not have registered a "BC"
transport, causing create_backchannel_client() to fail immediately.

It is currently not possible for various wait_on_bit functions
to implement a timeout.
While the "action" function that is called to do the waiting
could certainly use schedule_timeout(), there is no way to carry
forward the remaining timeout after a false wake-up.
As false-wakeups a clearly possible at least due to possible
hash collisions in bit_waitqueue(), this is a real problem.
The 'action' function is currently passed a pointer to the word
containing the bit being waited on. No current action functions
use this pointer. So changing it to something else will be a
little noisy but will have no immediate effect.
This patch changes the 'action' function to take a pointer to
the "struct wait_bit_key", which contains a pointer to the word
containing the bit so nothing is really lost.
It also adds a 'private' field to "struct wait_bit_key", which
is initialized to zero.
An action function can now implement a timeout with something
like
static int timed_out_waiter(struct wait_bit_key *key)
{
unsigned long waited;
if (key->private == 0) {
key->private = jiffies;
if (key->private == 0)
key->private -= 1;
}
waited = jiffies - key->private;
if (waited > 10 * HZ)
return -EAGAIN;
schedule_timeout(waited - 10 * HZ);
return 0;
}
If any other need for context in a waiter were found it would be
easy to use ->private for some other purpose, or even extend
"struct wait_bit_key".
My particular need is to support timeouts in nfs_release_page()
to avoid deadlocks with loopback mounted NFS.
While wait_on_bit_timeout() would be a cleaner interface, it
will not meet my need. I need the timeout to be sensitive to
the state of the connection with the server, which could change.
So I need to use an 'action' interface.

The rpc code makes available to the NFS server an array of pages to
encod into. The server represents its reply as an xdr buf, with the
head pointing into the first page in that array, the pages ** array
starting just after that, and the tail (if any) sharing any leftover
space in the page used by the head.
While encoding, we use xdr_stream->page_ptr to keep track of which page
we're currently using.
Currently we set xdr_stream->page_ptr to buf->pages, which makes the
head a weird exception to the rule that page_ptr always points to the
page we're currently encoding into. So, instead set it to buf->pages -
1 (the page actually containing the head), and remove the need for a
little unintuitive logic in xdr_get_next_encode_buffer() and
xdr_truncate_encode.

If rpcrdma_register_external() fails during request marshaling, the
current RPC request is killed. Instead, this RPC should be retried
after reconnecting the transport instance.
The most likely reason for registration failure with FRMR is a
failed post_send, which would be due to a remote transport
disconnect or memory exhaustion. These issues can be recovered
by a retry.
Problems encountered in the marshaling logic itself will not be
corrected by trying again, so these should still kill a request.
Now that we've added a clean exit for marshaling errors, take the
opportunity to defang some BUG_ON's.

Update the cwnd while processing the server's reply. Otherwise the
next task on the xprt_sending queue is still subject to the old
credit window. Currently, no task is awoken if the old congestion
window is still exceeded, even if the new window is larger, and a
deadlock results.
This is an issue during a transport reconnect. Servers don't
normally shrink the credit window, but the client does reset it to
1 when reconnecting so the server can safely grow it again.
As a minor optimization, remove the hack of grabbing the initial
cwnd size (which happens to be RPC_CWNDSCALE) and using that value
as the congestion scaling factor. The scaling value is invariant,
and we are better off without the multiplication operation.

Devesh Sharma <Devesh.Sharma@Emulex.Com> reports that after a
disconnect, his HCA is failing to create a fresh QP, leaving
ia_ri->ri_id->qp set to NULL. But xprtrdma still allows RPCs to
wake up and post LOCAL_INV as they exit, causing an oops.
rpcrdma_ep_connect() is allowing the wake-up by leaking the QP
creation error code (-EPERM in this case) to the RPC client's
generic layer. xprt_connect_status() does not recognize -EPERM, so
it kills pending RPC tasks immediately rather than retrying the
connect.
Re-arrange the QP creation logic so that when it fails on reconnect,
it leaves ->qp with the old QP rather than NULL. If pending RPC
tasks wake and exit, LOCAL_INV work requests will flush rather than
oops.
On initial connect, leaving ->qp == NULL is OK, since there are no
pending RPCs that might use ->qp. But be sure not to try to destroy
a NULL QP when rpcrdma_ep_connect() is retried.

While marshaling an RPC/RDMA request, the inline_{rsize,wsize}
settings determine whether an inline request is used, or whether
read or write chunks lists are built. The current default value of
these settings is 1024. Any RPC request smaller than 1024 bytes is
sent to the NFS server completely inline.
rpcrdma_buffer_create() allocates and pre-registers a set of RPC
buffers for each transport instance, also based on the inline rsize
and wsize settings.
RPC/RDMA requests and replies are built in these buffers. However,
if an RPC/RDMA request is expected to be larger than 1024, a buffer
has to be allocated and registered for that RPC, and deregistered
and released when the RPC is complete. This is known has a
"hardway allocation."
Since the introduction of NFSv4, the size of RPC requests has become
larger, and hardway allocations are thus more frequent. Hardway
allocations are significant overhead, and they waste the existing
RPC buffers pre-allocated by rpcrdma_buffer_create().
We'd like fewer hardway allocations.
Increasing the size of the pre-registered buffers is the most direct
way to do this. However, a blanket increase of the inline thresholds
has interoperability consequences.
On my 64-bit system, rpcrdma_buffer_create() requests roughly 7000
bytes for each RPC request buffer, using kmalloc(). Due to internal
fragmentation, this wastes nearly 1200 bytes because kmalloc()
already returns an 8192-byte piece of memory for a 7000-byte
allocation request, though the extra space remains unused.
So let's round up the size of the pre-allocated buffers, and make
use of the unused space in the kmalloc'd memory.
This change reduces the amount of hardway allocated memory for an
NFSv4 general connectathon run from 1322092 to 9472 bytes (99%).

The current CQ handler uses the ib_wc.opcode field to distinguish
between event types. However, the contents of that field are not
reliable if the completion status is not IB_WC_SUCCESS.
When an error completion occurs on a send event, the CQ handler
schedules a tasklet with something that is not a struct rpcrdma_rep.
This is never correct behavior, and sometimes it results in a panic.
To resolve this issue, split the completion queue into a send CQ and
a receive CQ. The send CQ handler now handles only struct rpcrdma_mw
wr_id's, and the receive CQ handler now handles only struct
rpcrdma_rep wr_id's.

Two memory region leaks were found during testing:
1. rpcrdma_buffer_create: While allocating RPCRDMA_FRMR's
ib_alloc_fast_reg_mr is called and then ib_alloc_fast_reg_page_list is
called. If ib_alloc_fast_reg_page_list returns an error it bails out of
the routine dropping the last ib_alloc_fast_reg_mr frmr region creating a
memory leak. Added code to dereg the last frmr if
ib_alloc_fast_reg_page_list fails.
2. rpcrdma_buffer_destroy: While cleaning up, the routine will only free
the MR's on the rb_mws list if there are rb_send_bufs present. However, in
rpcrdma_buffer_create while the rb_mws list is being built if one of the MR
allocation requests fail after some MR's have been allocated on the rb_mws
list the routine never gets to create any rb_send_bufs but instead jumps to
the rpcrdma_buffer_destroy routine which will never free the MR's on rb_mws
list because the rb_send_bufs were never created. This leaks all the MR's
on the rb_mws list that were created prior to one of the MR allocations
failing.
Issue(2) was seen during testing. Our adapter had a finite number of MR's
available and we created enough connections to where we saw an MR
allocation failure on our Nth NFS connection request. After the kernel
cleaned up the resources it had allocated for the Nth connection we noticed
that FMR's had been leaked due to the coding error described above.
Issue(1) was seen during a code review while debugging issue(2).

An NFS/RDMA client's source port is meaningless for RDMA transports.
The transport layer typically sets the source port value on the
connection to a random ephemeral port.
Currently, NFS server administrators must specify the "insecure"
export option to enable clients to access exports via RDMA.
But this means NFS clients can access such an export via IP using an
ephemeral port, which may not be desirable.
This patch eliminates the need to specify the "insecure" export
option to allow NFS/RDMA clients access to an export.

the skb is added to the receive queue it can be consumed in another
context and freed up.
It turns out also that none of the sk->sk_data_ready()

Several spots in the kernel perform a sequence like:
skb_queue_tail(&sk->s_receive_queue, skb);
sk->sk_data_ready(sk, skb->len);
But at the moment we place the SKB onto the socket receive queue it
can be consumed and freed up. So this skb->len access is potentially
to freed up memory.
Furthermore, the skb->len can be modified by the consumer so it is
possible that the value isn't accurate.
And finally, no actual implementation of this callback actually uses
the length argument. And since nobody actually cared about it's
value, lots of call sites pass arbitrary values in such as '0' and
even '1'.
So just remove the length argument from the callback, that way there
is no confusion whatsoever and all of these use-after-free cases get
fixed as a side effect.

There could be a case, when NFSd file system is mounted in network, different
to socket's one, like below:
"ip netns exec" creates new network and mount namespace, which duplicates NFSd
mount point, created in init_net context. And thus NFS server stop in nested
network context leads to RPCBIND client destruction in init_net.
Then, on NFSd start in nested network context, rpc.nfsd process creates socket
in nested net and passes it into "write_ports", which leads to RPCBIND sockets
creation in init_net context because of the same reason (NFSd monut point was
created in init_net context). An attempt to register passed socket in nested
net leads to panic, because no RPCBIND client present in nexted network
namespace.
This patch add check that passed socket's net matches NFSd superblock's one.

rpcrdma_inline_fixup() is zeroing the xdr_stream::page_len field,
and xdr_align_pages() is now returning that value to the READ XDR
decoder function.
That field is set up by xdr_inline_pages() by the READ XDR encoder
function. As far as I can tell, it is supposed to be left alone
after that, as it describes the dimensions of the reply xdr_stream,
not the contents of that stream.

- General performance regression due to NFS_INO_INVALID_LABEL being
set when the server doesn't support labeled NFS
- Hang in the RPC code due to a socket out-of-buffer race
- Infinite loop when trying to establish the NFSv4 lease
- Use-after-free bug in the RPCSEC gss code.
- nfs4_select_rw_stateid is returning with a non-zero error value on

Since TCP is a stream protocol, our callback read code needs to take into
account the fact that RPC callbacks are not always confined to a single
TCP segment.
This patch adds support for multiple TCP segments by ensuring that we
only remove the rpc_rqst structure from the 'free backchannel requests'
list once the data has been completely received. We rely on the fact
that TCP data is ordered for the duration of the connection.

An infinite loop is caused when nfs4_establish_lease() fails
with -EACCES. This causes nfs4_handle_reclaim_lease_error()
to sleep a bit and resets the NFS4CLNT_LEASE_EXPIRED bit.
This in turn causes nfs4_state_manager() to try and
reestablished the lease, again, again, again...

rpc.gssd is not running.

The original printk() made sense when the GSSAPI codepaths were called
only when sec=krb5* was explicitly requested. Now however, in many cases
the nfs client will try to acquire GSSAPI credentials by default, even
when it's not requested.
Since we don't have a great mechanism to distinguish between the two
cases, just turn the pr_warn into a dprintk instead. With this change we
can also get rid of the ratelimiting.
We do need to keep the EXPORT_SYMBOL(gssd_running) in place since
auth_gss.ko needs it and sunrpc.ko provides it. We can however,
eliminate the gssd_running call in the nfs code since that's a bit of a
layering violation.

We can achieve the same result with a cmpxchg(). This also fixes a
potential race in use_gss_proxy(). The value of sn->use_gss_proxy could
go from -1 to 1 just after we check it in use_gss_proxy() but before we
acquire the spinlock. The procfile write would end up returning success
but the value would flip to 0 soon afterward. With this method we not
only avoid locking but the first "setter" always wins.

An nfsd thread can call use_gss_proxy and find it set to '1' but find

It doesn't make much sense to make reads from this procfile hang. As
far as I can tell, only gssproxy itself will open this file and it
never reads from it. Change it to just give the present setting of
sn->use_gss_proxy without waiting for anything.
Note that we do not want to call use_gss_proxy() in this codepath
since an inopportune read of this file could cause it to be disabled
prematurely.

Now that we have a more reliable method to tell if gssd is running, we
can replace the sn->gssd_running flag with a function that will query to

There's also no need to attempt an upcall that we know will fail, so
just return -EACCES if gssd isn't running. Finally, fix the warn_gss()

rpc.gssd will naturally hold open any pipe named */clnt*/gssd that shows
up under rpc_pipefs. That behavior gives us a reliable mechanism to tell
whether it's actually running or not.
Create a new toplevel "gssd" directory in rpc_pipefs when it's mounted.
Under that directory create another directory called "clntXX", and then
within that a pipe called "gssd".
We'll never send an upcall along that pipe, and any downcall written to
it will just return -EINVAL.

Pull networking updates from David Miller:
1) The addition of nftables. No longer will we need protocol aware
firewall filtering modules, it can all live in userspace.
At the core of nftables is a, for lack of a better term, virtual
machine that executes byte codes to inspect packet or metadata
(arriving interface index, etc.) and make verdict decisions.
Besides support for loading packet contents and comparing them, the
interpreter supports lookups in various datastructures as
fundamental operations. For example sets are supports, and
therefore one could create a set of whitelist IP address entries
which have ACCEPT verdicts attached to them, and use the appropriate
byte codes to do such lookups.
Since the interpreted code is composed in userspace, userspace can
do things like optimize things before giving it to the kernel.
Another major improvement is the capability of atomically updating
portions of the ruleset. In the existing netfilter implementation,
one has to update the entire rule set in order to make a change and
this is very expensive.
Userspace tools exist to create nftables rules using existing
netfilter rule sets, but both kernel implementations will need to
co-exist for quite some time as we transition from the old to the
new stuff.
Kudos to Patrick McHardy, Pablo Neira Ayuso, and others who have
worked so hard on this.
2) Daniel Borkmann and Hannes Frederic Sowa made several improvements
to our pseudo-random number generator, mostly used for things like
UDP port randomization and netfitler, amongst other things.
In particular the taus88 generater is updated to taus113, and test
cases are added.
3) Support 64-bit rates in HTB and TBF schedulers, from Eric Dumazet
and Yang Yingliang.
4) Add support for new 577xx tigon3 chips to tg3 driver, from Nithin
Sujir.
5) Fix two fatal flaws in TCP dynamic right sizing, from Eric Dumazet,
Neal Cardwell, and Yuchung Cheng.
6) Allow IP_TOS and IP_TTL to be specified in sendmsg() ancillary
control message data, much like other socket option attributes.
From Francesco Fusco.
7) Allow applications to specify a cap on the rate computed
automatically by the kernel for pacing flows, via a new
SO_MAX_PACING_RATE socket option. From Eric Dumazet.
8) Make the initial autotuned send buffer sizing in TCP more closely
reflect actual needs, from Eric Dumazet.
9) Currently early socket demux only happens for TCP sockets, but we
can do it for connected UDP sockets too. Implementation from Shawn
Bohrer.
10) Refactor inet socket demux with the goal of improving hash demux
performance for listening sockets. With the main goals being able
to use RCU lookups on even request sockets, and eliminating the
listening lock contention. From Eric Dumazet.
11) The bonding layer has many demuxes in it's fast path, and an RCU
conversion was started back in 3.11, several changes here extend the
RCU usage to even more locations. From Ding Tianhong and Wang
Yufen, based upon suggestions by Nikolay Aleksandrov and Veaceslav
Falico.
12) Allow stackability of segmentation offloads to, in particular, allow
segmentation offloading over tunnels. From Eric Dumazet.
13) Significantly improve the handling of secret keys we input into the
various hash functions in the inet hashtables, TCP fast open, as
well as syncookies. From Hannes Frederic Sowa. The key fundamental
operation is "net_get_random_once()" which uses static keys.
Hannes even extended this to ipv4/ipv6 fragmentation handling and
our generic flow dissector.
14) The generic driver layer takes care now to set the driver data to
NULL on device removal, so it's no longer necessary for drivers to
explicitly set it to NULL any more. Many drivers have been cleaned
up in this way, from Jingoo Han.
15) Add a BPF based packet scheduler classifier, from Daniel Borkmann.
16) Improve CRC32 interfaces and generic SKB checksum iterators so that
SCTP's checksumming can more cleanly be handled. Also from Daniel
Borkmann.
17) Add a new PMTU discovery mode, IP_PMTUDISC_INTERFACE, which forces
using the interface MTU value. This helps avoid PMTU attacks,
particularly on DNS servers. From Hannes Frederic Sowa.
18) Use generic XPS for transmit queue steering rather than internal
(re-)implementation in virtio-net. From Jason Wang.

In cases where an rpc client has a parent hierarchy, then
rpc_free_client may end up calling rpc_release_client() on the
parent, thus recursing back into rpc_free_client. If the hierarchy
is deep enough, then we can get into situations where the stack
simply overflows.
The fix is to have rpc_release_client() loop so that it can take
care of the parent rpc client hierarchy without needing to
recurse.

The following scenario can cause silent data corruption when doing
NFS writes. It has mainly been observed when doing database writes
using O_DIRECT.
1) The RPC client uses sendpage() to do zero-copy of the page data.
2) Due to networking issues, the reply from the server is delayed,
and so the RPC client times out.
3) The client issues a second sendpage of the page data as part of
an RPC call retransmission.
4) The reply to the first transmission arrives from the server
_before_ the client hardware has emptied the TCP socket send
buffer.
5) After processing the reply, the RPC state machine rules that
the call to be done, and triggers the completion callbacks.
6) The application notices the RPC call is done, and reuses the
pages to store something else (e.g. a new write).
7) The client NIC drains the TCP socket send buffer. Since the
page data has now changed, it reads a corrupted version of the
initial RPC call, and puts it on the wire.
This patch fixes the problem in the following manner:
The ordering guarantees of TCP ensure that when the server sends a
reply, then we know that the _first_ transmission has completed. Using
zero-copy in that situation is therefore safe.
If a time out occurs, we then send the retransmission using sendmsg()
(i.e. no zero-copy), We then know that the socket contains a full copy of
the data, and so it will retransmit a faithful reproduction even if the
RPC call completes, and the application reuses the O_DIRECT buffer in
the meantime.

We have one report of a crash in xs_tcp_setup_socket.
The call path to the crash is:
xs_tcp_setup_socket -> inet_stream_connect -> lock_sock_nested.
The 'sock' passed to that last function is NULL.
The only way I can see this happening is a concurrent call to
xs_close:
xs_close -> xs_reset_transport -> sock_release -> inet_release
inet_release sets:
sock->sk = NULL;
inet_stream_connect calls
lock_sock(sock->sk);
which gets NULL.
All calls to xs_close are protected by XPRT_LOCKED as are most
activations of the workqueue which runs xs_tcp_setup_socket.
The exception is xs_tcp_schedule_linger_timeout.
So presumably the timeout queued by the later fires exactly when some
other code runs xs_close().
To protect against this we can move the cancel_delayed_work_sync()
call from xs_destory() to xs_close().
As xs_close is never called from the worker scheduled on
->connect_worker, this can never deadlock.

As Bruce points out in RFC 4121, section 4.2.3:
"In Wrap tokens that provide for confidentiality, the first 16 octets
of the Wrap token (the "header", as defined in section 4.2.6), SHALL
be appended to the plaintext data before encryption. Filler octets
MAY be inserted between the plaintext data and the "header.""
...and...
"In Wrap tokens with confidentiality, the EC field SHALL be used to
encode the number of octets in the filler..."
It's possible for the client to stuff different data in that area on a
retransmission, which could make the checksum come out wrong in the DRC
code.
After decrypting the blob, we should trim off any extra count bytes in
addition to the checksum blob.

TCP listener refactoring, part 4 :
To speed up inet lookups, we moved IPv4 addresses from inet to struct
sock_common
Now is time to do the same for IPv6, because it permits us to have fast
lookups for all kind of sockets, including upcoming SYN_RECV.
Getting IPv6 addresses in TCP lookups currently requires two extra cache
lines, plus a dereference (and memory stall).
inet6_sk(sk) does the dereference of inet_sk(__sk)->pinet6
This patch is way bigger than its IPv4 counter part, because for IPv4,
we could add aliases (inet_daddr, inet_rcv_saddr), while on IPv6,
it's not doable easily.
inet6_sk(sk)->daddr becomes sk->sk_v6_daddr
inet6_sk(sk)->rcv_saddr becomes sk->sk_v6_rcv_saddr
And timewait socket also have tw->tw_v6_daddr & tw->tw_v6_rcv_saddr
at the same offset.
We get rid of INET6_TW_MATCH() as INET6_MATCH() is now the generic
macro.

In theory the linux cred in a gssproxy reply can include up to
NGROUPS_MAX data, 256K of data. In the common case we expect it to be
shorter. So do as the nfsv3 ACL code does and let the xdr code allocate
the pages as they come in, instead of allocating a lot of pages that
won't typically be used.

The reply to a gssproxy can include up to NGROUPS_MAX gid's, which will
take up more than a page. We therefore need to allocate an array of
pages to hold the reply instead of trying to allocate a single huge
buffer.

The encoding of linux creds is a bit confusing.
Also: I think in practice it doesn't really matter whether we treat any
of these things as signed or unsigned, but unsigned seems more
straightforward: uid_t/gid_t are unsigned and it simplifies the ngroups
overflow check.

We can use the normal coding infrastructure here.
Two minor behavior changes:
- we're assuming no wasted space at the end of the linux cred.
That seems to match gss-proxy's behavior, and I can't see why
it would need to do differently in the future.
- NGROUPS_MAX check added: note groups_alloc doesn't do this,
this is the caller's responsibility.

Conflicts:
drivers/net/ethernet/stmicro/stmmac/stmmac_platform.c
net/bridge/br_multicast.c
net/ipv6/sit.c
The conflicts were minor:
1) sit.c changes overlap with change to ip_tunnel_xmit() signature.
2) br_multicast.c had an overlap between computing max_delay using
msecs_to_jiffies and turning MLDV2_MRC() into an inline function
with a name using lowercase instead of uppercase letters.
3) stmmac had two overlapping changes, one which conditionally allocated
and hooked up a dma_cfg based upon the presence of the pbl OF property,
and another one handling store-and-forward DMA made. The latter of
which should not go into the new of_find_property() basic block.

This patch provides the RPC layer helper functions to allow NFS to manage
data in the face of expired credentials - such as avoiding buffered WRITEs
and COMMITs when the gss context will expire before the WRITEs are flushed
and COMMITs are sent.
These helper functions enable checking the expiration of an underlying
credential key for a generic rpc credential, e.g. the gss_cred gss context
gc_expiry which for Kerberos is set to the remaining TGT lifetime.
A new rpc_authops key_timeout is only defined for the generic auth.
A new rpc_credops crkey_to_expire is only defined for the generic cred.
A new rpc_credops crkey_timeout is only defined for the gss cred.
Set a credential key expiry watermark, RPC_KEY_EXPIRE_TIMEO set to 240 seconds
as a default and can be set via a module parameter as we need to ensure there
is time for any dirty data to be flushed.
If key_timeout is called on a credential with an underlying credential key that
will expire within watermark seconds, we set the RPC_CRED_KEY_EXPIRE_SOON
flag in the generic_cred acred so that the NFS layer can clean up prior to
key expiration.
Checking a generic credential's underlying credential involves a cred lookup.
To avoid this lookup in the normal case when the underlying credential has
a key that is valid (before the watermark), a notify flag is set in
the generic credential the first time the key_timeout is called. The
generic credential then stops checking the underlying credential key expiry, and
the underlying credential (gss_cred) match routine then checks the key
expiration upon each normal use and sets a flag in the associated generic
credential only when the key expiration is within the watermark.
This in turn signals the generic credential key_timeout to perform the extra
credential lookup thereafter.

The NFS layer needs to know when a key has expired.
This change also returns -EKEYEXPIRED to the application, and the informative
"Key has expired" error message is displayed. The user then knows that
credential renewal is required.

The current system requires everyone to set up notifiers, manage directory
locking, etc.
What we really want to do is have the rpc_client create its directory,
and then create all the entries.
This patch will allow the RPCSEC_GSS and NFS code to register all the
objects that they want to have appear in the directory, and then have
the sunrpc code call them back to actually create/destroy their pipefs
dentries when the rpc_client creates/destroys the parent.
Signed-off-by: Trond Myklebust <Trond.Myklebust@netapp.com>
If an error condition occurs on rpc_pipefs creation, or the user mounts
rpc_pipefs and then unmounts it, then the dentries in struct gss_auth
need to be reset to NULL so that a second call to gss_pipes_dentries_destroy
doesn't try to free them again.

Optimise away gss_encode_msg: we don't need to look up the pipe
version a second time.
Save the gss target name in struct gss_auth. It is a property of the
auth cache itself, and doesn't really belong in the rpc_client.

Some architectures, such as ARM-32 do not return the same base address
when you call kmap_atomic() twice on the same page.
This causes problems for the memmove() call in the XDR helper routine
"_shift_data_right_pages()", since it defeats the detection of
overlapping memory ranges, and has been seen to corrupt memory.
The fix is to distinguish between the case where we're doing an
inter-page copy or not. In the former case of we know that the memory
ranges cannot possibly overlap, so we can additionally micro-optimise
by replacing memmove() with memcpy().

If rpcbind causes our connection to the AF_LOCAL socket to close after
we've registered a service, then we want to be careful about reconnecting
since the mount namespace may have changed.
By simply refusing to reconnect the AF_LOCAL socket in the case of
unregister, we avoid the need to somehow save the mount namespace. While
this may lead to some services not unregistering properly, it should
be safe.
