selftests/core: add test for CLOSE_RANGE_UNSHARE | CLOSE_RANGE_CLOEXEC

Add a test to verify that CLOSE_RANGE_UNSHARE works correctly when combined
with CLOSE_RANGE_CLOEXEC for the single-threaded case.
