sh: irq: Convert from irq_desc[] to irq_to_desc().
This converts a few places that were using the old irq_desc[] array over to the shiny new irq_to_desc() helper. Preperatory work for sparse irq support. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
