[NETLINK]: Don't leak 'listeners' in netlink_kernel_create()
The Coverity checker spotted that we'll leak the storage allocated to 'listeners' in netlink_kernel_create() when the if (!nl_table[unit].registered) check is false. This patch avoids the leak.
