ACPICA: Deploy ACPI_MOVE_NAME across ACPICA source base

Replaces instances of strncpy(...,4) for ACPI_NAMEs.
ACPI_MOVE_NAME optimizes these to a single 32-bit copy on machines
that support misaligned transfers.
