net: bridge: propagate extack through switchdev_port_attr_set
The benefit is the ability to propagate errors from switchdev drivers for the SWITCHDEV_ATTR_ID_BRIDGE_VLAN_FILTERING and SWITCHDEV_ATTR_ID_BRIDGE_VLAN_PROTOCOL attributes.
