[POWERPC] Remove interrupt-controller as a property under /chosen
Remove interrupt-controller as a valid property under /chosen in the documentation. There is a consensus that an interrupt-controller property does not belong under /chosen. /chosen is specifically for dynamic properties set at runtime.
