staging: unisys: refactor SPAR_CONTROLVM_CHANNEL_PROTOCOL
Get rid of the typedef for SPAR_CONTROLVM_CHANNEL_PROTOCOL and replace it with struct spar_controlvm_channel_protocol. Fix CamelCase members of the structure and update all references to changed names.
