xfs: pass bmalloca to xfs_bmap_add_extent_hole_real

All the parameters passed to xfs_bmap_add_extent_hole_real() are in
the xfs_bmalloca structure now. Just pass the bmalloca parameter to
the function instead of 8 separate parameters.
