Pull alpha syscall cleanups from Al Viro:
 "A couple of SYSCALL_DEFINE conversions and removal of pointless (and
  bitrotted) piece stuck in ret_from_kernel_thread since the
  kernel_exceve/kernel_thread conversions six years ago"
