[ARM] Quieten spurious IRQ detection
Only issue a "nobody cared" warning after 99900 spurious interrupts. This avoids the occasional spurious interrupt causing warnings, as per x86. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
