PCI: keystone: Merge pci-keystone-dw.c and pci-keystone.c
No functional change. Having two different files for keystone PCI driver doesn't serve any purpose. Merge pci-keystone-dw.c and pci-keystone.c into a single pci-keystone.c file and remove pci-keystone.h.
