ACPI / scan: Fix check of device_attach() return value.

Make it so. [rjw: Subject and changelog.] Signed-off-by: Mika Westerberg <mika.westerberg@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Rafael J. Wysocki <rafael.j.wysocki@intel.com>
