dt-bindings: phy: Add RX equalizer properties for Broadcom SATA PHY
Define two new properties: brcm,rx-aeq-mode which allows configuring the SATA PHY RX equalizers and when "manual" is used, brcm,rx-aeq can be used to set the exact value.
