drm/radeon: fix r600 pci mapping calls.
This realigns the r600 pci mapping calls with the ati pcigart ones, fixing the direction and using the correct interface. Suggested by Jerome Glisse. Signed-off-by: Dave Airlie <airlied@redhat.com>
