USB serial ftdi_sio: Add support for Tactrix OpenPort devices
This patch adds support for three OpenPort ECU data cables from Tactrix Inc. to the ftdi_sio driver's device ID table. One of the PIDs was supplied by Donour Sizemore on the ftdi-usb-sio-devel mailing list. The other two were added by myself after examining the Windows driver software.
