sh: Export __{s,u}divsi3_i4i on all CPUs.
Currently these are only being exported for CONFIG_CPU_SH4. This invariably breaks when building for an SH-3 that includes multiple targets in multilib. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
