gpu: ipu-cpmem: modify ipu_cpmem_set_yuv_planar_full for better control

Let ipu_cpmem_set_yuv_planar_full take a DRM_FORMAT instead of a
V4L2_PIXFMT and allow better control over U/V stride, U offset and
V offset settings in the CPMEM.
