ARM: gemini: select ARM_PATCH_PHYS_VIRT and AUTO_ZRELADDR 

This platform survives physical to virtual patching
without any hickups, and can use AUTO_ZRELADDR.
We still need to keep Makefile.boot but it is now empty.
