staging/rtl8187se: Fix spacing coding style in ieee80211/ieee80211_wx.c

The following errors fixed.
-ERROR: that open brace { should be on the previous line
-ERROR: space required before the open parenthesis '('
-ERROR: else should follow close brace '}'
-ERROR: space required before the open brace '{'
