[ARM] pxa/MioA701: bluetooth resume fix
The G3IPL expects the value at RAM address 0xa020b020 to be exactly 1 to setup the bluetooth GPIOs properly. The actual code got a value from gpio_get_value() which was not 1, but a "not equal to 0" integer.
