mm/page_alloc.c: change the order of MIGRATE_RECLAIMABLE/MIGRATE_MOVABLE in fallbacks
In the enum migratetype definition, MIGRATE_MOVABLE is before MIGRATE_RECLAIMABLE. Change the order of them to match the enumeration's order.
