brcmfmac: replace brcmf_sdcard_reg_read with brcmf_sdio_regrl

Use the newly introduced brcmf_sdio_regrl to replace
brcmf_sdcard_reg_read as part of the SDIO WiFi dongle register
access interface clean up.
