avr32: Enable SDRAMC clock at startup
The SDRAM controller needs a clock in order to respond to our commands, and suspend doesn't work very well without the SDRAM in self-refresh mode. Signed-off-by: Haavard Skinnemoen <hskinnemoen@atmel.com>
