ACPI: invoke acpi_device_wakeup() with correct parameters 

Fix a bug that invokes acpi_device_wakeup() with wrong parameters.

Fixes: f35cec2555 (ACPI / PM: Always enable wakeup GPEs when enabling device wakeup)
