drivers: usb :fsl: Remove USB Errata checking code 

Remove USB errata checking code from driver. Applicability of erratum
is retrieved by reading corresponding property in device tree.
This property is written during device tree fixup.

Besides, replace spaces with tabs to make code aligned.
