[CIFS] Allow null user connections
Some servers are configured to only allow null user mounts for guest access. Allow nul user (anonymous) mounts e.g. mount -t cifs //server/share /mnt -o username= Signed-off-by: Steve French <sfrench@us.ibm.com>
