platform/chrome: Add Chrome OS keyboard backlight LEDs support
This is a driver for ACPI-based keyboard backlight LEDs found on Chromebooks. The driver locates \\_SB.KBLT ACPI device and exports backlight as "chromeos::kbd_backlight" LED class device in sysfs.
