cifs: Check for equality with ACL_TYPE_ACCESS and ACL_TYPE_DEFAULT

The two values ACL_TYPE_ACCESS and ACL_TYPE_DEFAULT are meant to be
enumerations, not bits in a bit mask.  Use '==' instead of '&' to check
for these values.
