ARM: omap2plus_defconfig: Enable CONFIG_PCI_DRA7XX (Host & Device modes) 

Enable CONFIG_PCI_DRA7XX in order to be able to configure PCIe
controller present in dra7 SoCs in both host mode and device mode.
