fscrypt: rename get_crypt_info() to fscrypt_get_crypt_info()

To avoid namespace collisions, rename get_crypt_info() to
fscrypt_get_crypt_info().  The function is only used inside the
fs/crypto directory, so declare it in the new header file,
fscrypt_private.h.
