powerpc/kvm: Add signed type cast for comparation
'rmls' is 'unsigned long', lpcr_rmls() will return negative number when failure occurs, so it need a type cast for comparing. 'lpid' is 'unsigned long', kvmppc_alloc_lpid() return negative number when failure occurs, so it need a type cast for comparing.
