MIPS: Drop CPU_SUPPORTS_UNCACHED_ACCELERATED
CPU_SUPPORTS_UNCACHED_ACCELERATED was introduced when kernel can't handle writecombine remap well. Nowadays drivers can try writecombine remap by themselves so this function is nolonger needed.
