perf/x86/intel/rapl: Fix pmus free during cleanup
On rapl cleanup path, kfree() is given by mistake the address of the
pointer of the structure to free (rapl_pmus->pmus + i). Pass the pointer
instead (rapl_pmus->pmus[i]).
