perf tools: Rename HAVE_SYSCALL_TABLE to HAVE_SYSCALL_TABLE_SUPPORT
To be consistent with other HAVE_XXX_SUPPORT uses in Makefile.config, this patch renames HAVE_SYSCALL_TABLE to HAVE_SYSCALL_TABLE_SUPPORT and updates the C code accordingly.
