vhost: fix error handling for memory region alloc
callers of vhost_kvzalloc() expect the same behaviour on
allocation error as from kmalloc/vmalloc i.e. NULL return
value. So just return vzmalloc() returned value instead of
returning ERR_PTR(-ENOMEM)
