cpuidle/powernv: Use CPUIDLE_STATE_MAX instead of MAX_POWERNV_IDLE_STATES

Use cpuidle's CPUIDLE_STATE_MAX macro instead of powernv specific
MAX_POWERNV_IDLE_STATES.
